Shipping policy

Order Processing Time:

All Exotic Anchors are crafted with meticulous care. Please allow 14–21 business days for order processing before shipment. During this time, we ensure each anchor meets our signature level of precision and quality.  

Shipping Time and Methods:

Once your anchor is ready to go, it will ship via UPS. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental U.S. In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 3–4 weeks from the date of your order.

Shipping Charges:

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders. Shipping costs are fully covered by Exotic Anchors.

Shipping Liability:

Exotic Anchors is not liable for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier. We also cannot be responsible for misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and work with you toward a resolution.
